Payment Terms:	10.3% Service Tax will be charged on the price Quoted. 50% payment in advance with the Purchase Order.50% after Completion within 10 days of completion of the program. Demand Draft or Cheque to be issued in favour of “SQL Star International Limited”, Payable at Pune.
Validity:	This proposal is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of submission of the proposal.
